Straight answers about Pepes Proxies.
How do I get an account?+
We are invite-only for now. Sign in with Discord, tell us what you plan to use the proxies for, and we review every application by hand. When you are approved we email you (if you gave an address) and message you on Discord where we can. Once approved, signing in takes you straight to your dashboard.
How does billing work?+
You buy bandwidth in advance at £2.99 per GB, with a minimum of 3 GB per top-up. It is a single card payment each time. There is no subscription.
Do I pay per proxy?+
No. You can generate as many configurations as you want for free. Only the data you transfer uses your balance.
How quickly does a top-up arrive?+
Normally within seconds of the payment being confirmed. Your balance is credited when our payment provider confirms the payment to us, not when the checkout page redirects, so very occasionally there is a short delay. The top-up page shows the status.
Does a new session give me a unique IP?+
Not guaranteed. A new connection or a new session label triggers a fresh selection from the pool, which can occasionally return an address you have had before.
How long does a sticky session last?+
Until 60 minutes pass without a new connection on that session, or until the residential device behind it goes offline. If it goes offline the session fails and you should start a new one.
Can I target a city or state?+
No. Targeting is by country only.
Which protocols are supported?+
HTTPS proxy (port 31111), HTTP proxy (31112) and SOCKS5 (31113).
How do I sign in?+
With Discord. We receive your Discord user ID, display name and avatar. Signing in also adds you to the Pepe's Proxies Discord server, where we post updates and message you when your application is approved. We never see your Discord password and do not request access to your email, your list of servers or your messages.
How does the affiliate programme work?+
Share the link from your dashboard. Anyone who signs up through it is linked to you permanently, and each time they buy bandwidth you receive 10% of that amount as data in your own balance. Commission is paid in bandwidth only, not money. New customers who sign up through a link get 10% off their first order. If a referred order is reversed or charged back, the commission from it is removed.
Can I use a promo code with a referral discount?+
Discounts do not combine. If both apply, you get whichever is larger, and a promo code that was not needed is not used up.
Can I get a refund?+
No. All sales are final and there are no refunds, including for bandwidth you have not used. You confirm this at checkout before paying. Bandwidth is added to your balance straight away and stays there until you use it. If you were charged and nothing was added to your balance, contact support and we will fix it.
What is not allowed?+
Anything illegal, and the activities listed in the acceptable use policy. Accounts used for abuse are suspended.
