Terms of service
Last updated 11 October 2026
These terms are a contract between you and Pepes Proxies ("Pepes Proxies", "we", "us"). They apply whenever you apply for an account, sign in, buy bandwidth or use our proxies. If you do not agree to them, do not use the service.
The short version: access is by approval only; you prepay for bandwidth in gigabytes; all sales are final and nothing is refunded, including unused data; you must follow the acceptable use policy; and we can suspend accounts that break the rules.
1. Who can use the service
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
- The service is provided for business and professional use. By buying bandwidth you confirm that you are doing so for purposes relating to your trade, business, craft or profession.
- You must not use the service if you are in, or acting for anyone in, a country or on a list subject to UK, EU, UN or US sanctions.
- One account per person or organisation. Accounts are personal to you and may not be sold, shared or transferred.
2. Waitlist and approval
- New accounts go onto a waitlist. You apply by signing in with Discord and telling us how you intend to use the service.
- We decide who is approved at our sole discretion. We do not have to give a reason for declining or delaying an application, and joining the waitlist does not guarantee access.
- What you tell us in your application must be true. If it is not, or your actual use differs materially from it, we may close your account under section 11.
- If you give us an email address or share a Discord server with us, we will use it to tell you the outcome.
3. Your account
- You sign in with Discord. You are responsible for the security of your Discord account and for everything done through your Pepes Proxies account.
- Your proxy username and password are confidential. Do not publish or share them. If you think they have leaked, reset your proxy password from your dashboard straight away. Traffic sent with your credentials is charged to your balance whether or not you sent it.
4. The service
- We sell prepaid access to a residential proxy network, measured in data transferred. The network is operated by a third-party provider and traffic exits through internet connections that belong to that provider's participants.
- You may generate as many proxy configurations as you like at no charge. Only data transferred is charged.
- Targeting is by country only. Availability of any country, address, speed or session length is not guaranteed. A new session or connection does not guarantee an IP address you have not been given before. Sticky sessions end if the device behind them goes offline.
- We may change, limit or withdraw features, and may apply reasonable technical limits to protect the network.
5. Prices and payment
- Bandwidth is sold in whole gigabytes, with a minimum of 3 GB per order. The current price is £2.99 per GB. The price that applies to an order is the one shown at checkout. We may change prices for future orders at any time.
- Each purchase is a single, one-off payment taken by our payment processor, Stripe. There is no subscription and we do not store your card details.
- Your order is accepted, and the contract for that order is formed, when the bandwidth is added to your balance. This normally happens within moments of payment being confirmed.
- Prices include any tax we are required to charge unless stated otherwise at checkout.
6. Your balance
- Data sent and received through the proxy, in both directions, is deducted from your balance as measured by the network. The network's measurement is final.
- Your balance is a prepaid right to use the service. It is not money or a deposit. It cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, sold, or transferred to another account.
- Usage figures in your dashboard are provided by the network and can be delayed. Your remaining balance is the figure that counts.
- If your account is closed for breach of these terms, any remaining balance is forfeited.
7. No refunds: all sales are final
- All purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not give refunds, credits or exchanges for any reason, including where you have not used some or all of the bandwidth you bought, you bought more than you needed, you no longer want the service, a particular website blocks the proxies, a country or address you wanted was unavailable, or your account has been suspended or closed for breach of these terms.
- Immediate supply. Bandwidth is supplied as soon as your payment is confirmed. Before you pay, you are asked to confirm that you want supply to begin immediately and that you understand you lose any right to cancel once the bandwidth has been added to your balance. You cannot complete a purchase without giving that confirmation, and we keep a record of it.
- Mistaken charges. The only exception is our own error: if you were charged and no bandwidth was ever added to your balance, or you were charged twice for one order, contact the support form on your Account page with the payment reference and we will put it right, by adding the bandwidth or reversing the erroneous charge at our choice.
- Your legal rights. Nothing in this section removes any right you have under law that cannot be excluded by contract.
8. Chargebacks
- Because all sales are final, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank or card issuer. Most problems can be resolved faster that way.
- If a payment is disputed or charged back, we will remove the bandwidth from that payment, suspend the account while the dispute is open, and submit our records to the card issuer, including your recorded confirmation that the sale was final.
- If a dispute is decided against you the account may be reinstated. If you raise a dispute we reasonably believe to be unfounded, we may close your account permanently.
9. Promo codes and discounts
- Promo codes are subject to any limits attached to them, are one use per customer unless we say otherwise, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time before they are used.
- Discounts cannot be combined. Where more than one applies to an order, the larger one is used.
- If you join through an affiliate's link, you may receive a discount on your first order only.
10. Affiliate programme
- Every account has an affiliate link. If someone creates an account within 30 days of opening your link, they are attributed to you.
- For each order a referred customer pays for, you receive a percentage of the bandwidth they bought (10% unless we have agreed a different rate with you), credited to your balance as bandwidth. Commission is never paid in money, has no cash value, and is subject to section 6 like any other balance.
- Commission from an order that is later reversed or charged back is removed from your balance.
- You must not refer yourself, create or use duplicate accounts, pay for or incentivise sign-ups that are not genuine, send spam, bid on our brand name in advertising, or describe the service in a misleading way. If we reasonably believe you have, we may withhold or reverse commission and close the accounts involved.
- We may change the rate or the rules, or end the programme, at any time. Commission already credited for genuine orders stays in your balance.
11. Suspension and closure
- We may suspend your account immediately, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or the acceptable use policy, if we receive a credible abuse report, if a payment is disputed, or if we are required to by law or by our network provider. Suspension replaces your proxy password, so existing configurations stop working.
- We may close an account for a serious or repeated breach. In that case any remaining balance is forfeited and no refund is given.
- You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of unused bandwidth.
- If we decide to stop offering the service altogether for reasons that are not your fault, we will give at least 30 days' notice where we can so that you are able to use your remaining balance.
12. Service levels and disclaimers
- The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Residential exits come and go, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, any particular speed or success rate, or that the proxies will work with any particular website or tool.
- You are responsible for how you use the service and for complying with the law and with the terms of the sites and services you access through it.
13. Our liability
- We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
- Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, data or goodwill, for any indirect or consequential loss, or for anything caused by the third-party network, by a website blocking or restricting you, or by events outside our reasonable control.
- Subject to the first point, our total liability to you for everything arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Your responsibility to us
If your use of the service breaks these terms or the law and that causes us loss, including claims made against us by third parties, complaints to our network provider, or fines and costs, you agree to compensate us for that loss.
15. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains what personal data we hold and why.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with the date it was last changed. Each order is governed by the terms in force when you placed it. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
17. General
- These terms, the acceptable use policy and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between us about the service.
- If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours to a business that takes over the service.
- Nobody other than you and us has rights under these terms.
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
